Field Trips and Game Day

I love my homeschool group!!! We've been meeting since Feb. of this year and I love how we've gotten to know each other as families. We recently went on a Field Trip to an Organic Peach U-Pick Farm's Peach Festival. It was hot but we all had a good time anyway.



Jasmine had been to the peach orchard a couple weeks before, so picking peaches was not too exciting for her. But taking care of Josiah was!

The petting zoo was lots of fun!


And so was riding ponies. Jasmine's been obsessed with horses for at least six months now so this was very exciting for her. Although she did notice that the ponies seemed sad.

And this week, our little group met to play games. We've given up meeting at the park for the summer (it's too hot) but have decided to meet indoors. Next week I'm teaching everyone how to make a solar oven from a pizza box. Stay tuned.
